The ONE vitamin that will boost penis performance

Research conducted by a number of independent urologists from Italy has discovered that not getting enough sunlight each and every day (and in turn, robbing your body of precious vitamin D) is one of the leading causes of erectile dysfunction across the globe.

That’s right. You read that correctly.

Apparently, not getting enough sunlight each and every single day is depleting your vitamin D levels so significantly that your penis health is struggling considerably.

More than 150 that were tested over the duration of this three-year study, and almost all of the men reported dealing with some form of impotence or another were also linked to severely deficient vitamin D levels.

In fact, even the men that had just about adequate vitamin D levels throughout the study also reported some problems with erectile dysfunction. It was only the men that had more than ample vitamin D in their body have reported next to no CD problems whatsoever.

Scientists and researchers are still trying to figure out exactly why these two conditions are so closely linked to, but there is some pretty exciting and groundbreaking research being conducted even today to solve the puzzle.

Why aren’t we getting enough vitamin D?

Before you start to search for sildenafil or some other erectile dysfunction pill, you might want to take a closer look at your day to day lifestyle and how it may be contributing to your ED problems.

You see, up until just about 30 or 40 years ago, the overwhelming majority of us were outside for a good portion of the day – at least a couple of hours each and every afternoon while the sun was still shining.

Whether this was because of the work that we did or just because we didn’t have the same kind of gizmo and gadget distractions we do today makes little difference. The important take away is that we were outside, were exposed to the sun’s rays, and were getting more than enough vitamin D across the board.

However, today, literally nothing could be further from the truth.

Almost all of us lead incredibly sedentary lives. We stuck to our office chairs for eight hours or more, only to slide into the chair of our vehicle to drive home on our commute – then plopping ourselves down in our favorite chair to watch a couple of hours of TV before we hit the sack.

The only something that weekend comes beaming through our windows, and even then most of us do whatever we can to block it out.

Can this trend be reversed?

Of course it can’t be!

It’s just not going to be anywhere near as simple or as straightforward as most people would hope.

First of all, we’re all going to need to commit to getting it a lot more outdoor time they we currently are.

According to those same researchers above, spending just 15 or 20 minutes outside in the midday sun with our arms and legs exposed is more than enough time to absorb the levels of vitamin D that we need to stay healthy (and to avoid erectile dysfunction).

Secondly, you may want to consider supplementing with a high quality vitamin D pill or liquid that gives you a few hundred milligrams with each serving. There’s a bit of a risk here, though, as you don’t want to overload of vitamin D (there are some side effects to that you just don’t want to deal with), so be careful.

Finally, you’ll want to make sure that your erectile dysfunction is in fact the caused by (or influenced by) the vitamin D deficiency itself.

Sometimes there are more serious underlying medical issues that need to be addressed, and sometimes there are other lifestyle changes or habits that you’ll need to begin focusing.
Final thoughts

The important thing to remember is that there are a number of very effective solutions out there for clearing up your ED problem. Whether this means getting vitamin D into your body in any way that you can or just taking advantage of sildenafil based solutions like Viagra makes little difference.

The important thing is that you’re comfortable taking advantage of a solution that makes the most sense for the results you are after, as well as the risk factors or side effects you are willing to tolerate.

Speak with a trusted and highly trained medical professional or doctor at your earliest convenience to establish exactly which of the erectile dysfunction solutions you should look to pursue.

A little bit of research (and a conversation with that same doctor) should clear up all of the questions that you have, and before you know it erectile dysfunction will be nothing more than a distant memory – a condition that you’ll no longer have to worry about anymore!
